False arrest by 3 Scottsdale Police OfficersI got off the bus at 7:00. Went to Circle K got a cup of ice. Then walked down to Miller? & mcdowell, then checked out the Mexican carniceria where I picked up 3 mexican newspapersThen I went back and I was stopped in the Bashas/Skaggs parking lot by a Scottsdale cop. Here are the handwritten notes from the false arrest. It happend on the day TV's in the USA went from analog to digital. June 13, saturday 2009. These are the notes I wrote at Circle K after the cops released me. Every time I am falsely arrested by the police the first thing I do when they release me is write up a set of notes on what happened so I can use the notes to help me sue the crooked cops. I finished up these notes at about 8:30 pm. I think I was released from the arrest at about 7:52 pm. Thats why I have the notes! The exact time I was released was written down in the notes. Here is the info on the arrest warrants of people who have my name. It doesn't jive with what the cop told me. Of course I can only look at the stuff Sheriff Joe has at his web site. The cop was probably looking at the stuff at the NCIC (National Crime Information Center) or ACIC (Arizona Crime Information Center). Letters and E-mails Bus Pass I used on the day I was arrested mario_madrigal.html privacy rights violated This guy doesn't even come close to looking like me! these arson cases certainly didn't give them reasonable suspicion to falsely arrest me! The cops arrested this Tempe arsonist. Jesus I am at least 550 years older then the guy! They certainly didn't have "reasonable suspicion" to arrest me! The Tempe arsonist who was arrested lived in the 600 E block of McKellips. That is between College and Scottsdale Road. That was probably where the fires were. An article on why cops are always right, Blacks should always be assumed to be criminals (unless they can prove they are not) and why Obama is an idiot (well that part might be right)? |
