Scottsdale cops violate my right to privacyArticle II, Section 8 of the Arizona Constitution says I have a right to privacy!Article II - DECLARATION OF RIGHTSThe cops violated that right to privacy when they falsely arrested me on September 15, 2009. Because I took the 5th and refused to tell them my name they handcuffed me, locked me in a squad car and stole my wallet and searched thru it looking for an ID card. They also stole the notes out of my shirt pocket and read them. |
