Falsely Arrested by 3 Scottsdale Cops

Scottsdale cops violate my right to privacy

Article II, Section 8 of the Arizona Constitution says I have a right to privacy!
Article II - DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

8. Right to privacy

Section 8. No person shall be disturbed in his private affairs, or his home invaded, without authority of law.

The cops violated that right to privacy when they falsely arrested me on September 15, 2009.

Because I took the 5th and refused to tell them my name they handcuffed me, locked me in a squad car and stole my wallet and searched thru it looking for an ID card.

They also stole the notes out of my shirt pocket and read them.
